The Ageless Method
How does Ageless Method work?
It takes three weeks to form a habit, about two months to see big changes, and ninety days to make the habits and changes a lifestyle.
For every new member, a three-month commitment is required. As a new member, you commit to making us your source for monitoring your healthy choices to improve and maintain good health.
These healthy choices include:

Eating a well-balanced diet

Working out consistently, 3-5x per week

Practicing Mindfulness

6-8 hours of sleep per night
-
1-3 hours Pilates per week

What does Ageless Method provide?
Ageless Method implements several methods for empowering you to reach your goals:

Nutrition Coaching for monitoring your well-balanced diet

In person training sessions / Online Programming to create and maintain a regular fitness routine

Virtual Zumba classes for cardio goals

Virtual Pilates classes for core training, flexibility and mindfulness

What happens after the first 90 days?
Once you complete the first 90 days, Ageless Method will continue to be your source for:

Nutrition Coaching

In person training sessions / Online Programming
-
Virtual Zumba classes
-
Virtual Pilates classes
After the first 90 days, services would be offered separately and renewed on a monthly basis.
